Togo is a little country in west Africa that is about 50 miles wide and almost 300 miles long. It is east of Ghana and west of Nigeria and Benin.

Awana has been in Togo since 1986 and in 1993 Kossi Anika was established as the Awana missionary in Togo. Currently there are 20 Awana clubs in Togo, mostly in the southern region but, it is one of Kossi's long term goals to get the rural northern churches involved. French is the official language but, many tribal languages are also spoken.
